Hello from Catrin!

A little about me... I have forever loved all things art. Starting from an early age, through school, university and now on to my 'adult' life. My partner Tom very kindly bought me an iPad for my 30th and thus began my first attempts at digital art.

Two years later here we are, with our gorgeous baby later.

Below you'll see the lovely Tom, the sole reason I started all of this, our adorable Sienna and finally our beaut Huskador called Skye.

How long will you take to dispatch my print?

Dispatch times for non-personalised or minimal personalised items typically range from 1 to 3 business days.

Dispatch times for personalised items typically range from 3 to 7 business days.

During this dispatch period, several steps take place:

  1. Order Processing: The first step involves the order being received and processed/illustrated.
  2. Preview: For most personalised prints you will be sent a preview ahead of printing, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours your print will be dispatched .
  3. Packaging: Your items are carefully packed to ensure they are protected during transit. Packaging materials, such as postal tubes, boxes, envelopes, and padding, are chosen based on the nature and fragility of the items.
  4. Labeling: Shipping labels and any necessary documentation are generated and attached to the package.
  5. Carrier Pickup: Once the order is ready for dispatch, it is handed over to our chosen shipping carrier (Royal Mail). The carrier then takes responsibility for the delivery process. You will be notified of this stage.

Please note that this dispatch time does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

If you require an alternative turnaround time please contact us once you have ordered. Please note, we cannot guarantee to dispatch ahead of above time frames.

How long will my shipping take?

After dispatch, your orders will be delivered via Royal Mail in 2-3 business days with our standard delivery 2nd Class option.

For faster delivery, upgrade to our express service and receive your items in 1-2 business days with our 1st class option. Please note, delivery times may vary due to delays with the post.

For all international orders, please allow 5-15 business days.

Do you except returns and exchanges?

As all of our prints are made-to-order, we do not except returns or exchangess.

What do you print on?

Printed on high quality 210gsm matte photo paper and will be posted in a protective sleeve either in a do-not-bend hardback envelope or postal tube.

Do you take commissions?

If you can't find what you're looking for in our personalised section, please head to our Contact form and explain what kind of commission you are looking for. We will get back to you within 24 hours via email to discuss further.

Will you frame my prints?

We are currently in the process of collaborating with a company who specialise in printing and framing, so shall be offering framed prints in no time at all. Watch this space!!
